− No microwave, empty pool , no hot water in sink , no face washcloth, shower curtain hard to move some molding needs glued bk under shower step

4.0It was fairly easy to check in and the staff was nice and gave me no issues. I appreciate them not giving me trouble about my service dog considering he is required to be with us at all times.
− I didn't like that there was so many bugs and roaches in the room. It was kinda gross. I also wish they would have gave us more towels considering it was 2 people staying in the room for multiple nights. I also couldn't control the A/C and it got to under 60 degrees so I had to just unplug it. It was freezing in there!
