9.0I had a wonderful one-night stay at Novotel Kolkata. The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient to get around. The view from the room was beautiful and added to the overall experience. The staff were amazing, very polite, friendly, and always cooperative, ensuring that everything was comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities needed for a relaxing visit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Kolkata.
