− No elevator, shower not user friendly, no maid service, pool area not clean, sunbeds dangerous some falling apart.

1.0Only the view I hated everything else
− No elevator, I have major back issues and cannot walk up stairs because of so they put me in heaps worse room on the 1st floor. This room was 10 times worse than my other room. Bed - hard,small and old,tv no signal, someone' else's hair in bathroom the list goes on. Couldn't even shower there. Shall we get on some more and I'll explain how their buffet works? Apart from the view and the staff which I feel so sorry for THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE I LIKED
