2.0Had my reservation as “pay at property” they tried to charge me before I got there, and when my card flagged it and declined, they gave the room to someone else. When I got there she was confused and rude somehow at the same time. Ended up driving way farther for a cheaper place.

6.0I was charged a $100.00 cash deposit for a smoke free room. Granted I was given it back upon checkout but I had to take it out of the ATM to pay it. This should be on the website and not sprung on people at check in.

2.0The sheets were stained, the walls were stained, I was pushed to give them a cash deposit when I asked to do it on my card. I booked a queen and two doubles, it was three doubles. I brought these up to management, but they didn't care. Thankfully, they did return the deposit.
