Great location! Better than a hostel. Very basic.
5.0Great location! Super close to the city centre and major attractions, however. I had two rooms due to the issues with the first one. Issues have been resolved by staff despite having limited options they have found a solution for me and moved me to a different room. 2nd Room itself was bigger in size, beds were small but comfortable and all facilities worked as expected.
− I had two rooms. First room did not have a hot water in the shower or sink. AC did not work properly, instead of cooling the room it was heating it up which made the room absolutely unbearable. It took me a multiple attempts communicating with the staff and their facilities guy trying to solve it for us, but unsuccessfully. We tried to move the room but were told that it's impossible as there are no rooms left. The situation didn't look good and we were thinking about changing the hotel. after one more attempt at the hotel desk we've been joined by another guest who had exact same problem in his room. 2 of us was enough for the staff to find us replacement rooms with working facilities. Second room had it's own issues but were minor in comparison to the first one. Broken doors to the bathroom, couldn't close them completely. Broken (fixed) main door's lock. It's like some previous guests had a fight there, visible cracks on doors and walls. Every time we've used our card to get power, one of our fuses was blowing up, every single time we had to flip the fuse when entering the room. Our towels were not changed 2 days in a row despite us having the sign on the door. I guess we have missed the window for room service ?? twice ?
