Excellent Hotel in Marshall
10.0The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly, efficient, personable and accommodating. The breakfast was fresh and an attendant stands by to refill any items needed. Immediately. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24 hours a day and also a coffee machine is provided in the room.

Told I had no reservation, then charged my card.
2.0Reserved a room online for 3 nights. Went to check in on 1/8/26 and was told they had no reservation for me. When I get my credit card statement, I was charged for one night on 1/10/26. Definitely not a way to do business
Clean, Comfortable, and good breakfast
8.0Location was good as it was near most everything in Marshall. BTW Marshall isn't very big.... I liked the bathroom, the cleanliness of everything, and I especially liked the free breakfast. For a non-boutique hotel the free breakfast was much better than average.
− I only came for work, so only really cared about the room and the breakfast, and both were great for price. Can't say I found fault with much of anything.
Smelling water
8.0Nice place, but the bathroom sink water, smelly like sewer when running!! Not right away, but after washing my hands it started smelling really bad. After that just used bottle water for brushing our teeth and rinsing. Thankfully the shower didn't smell!! Other then that, everything else was nice.
