9.0O flat é muito bom. Bem espaçoso, limpo, cama confortável, chuveiro bom, equipe gentil A localização é excelente, perto de um pequeno centro comercial. O café é ok, o essencial pro dia a dia. É um ótimo custo benefício para viagens a trabalho.
