If you're coming from Europe, never stay at this hotel.
3.0Unfortunately, there’s nothing to like about this hotel. For me, it was a total letdown. I had come for a clinic visit at AIN Hospital. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the hospital. But the previous reviews really misled me. The breakfast was a disaster. Unless you’re from a country in the Middle East, Asia, or the Far East, you’re unlikely to find anything to eat at breakfast. This hotel might be suitable for local guests, but it certainly doesn’t meet international standards. Furthermore, the local breakfast options served were the same every day. I had breakfast every day consisting only of the very low-quality processed cheese, toasted bread, and coffee they provided. The carpets on the floors were stained. Room cleaning was also very poor. Even though I hung the “Do Not Disturb” sign every day, while the bath towels were changed, they didn’t make my bed. I stayed for 7 days. After 4 days, the bed sheets and duvet covers still hadn’t been changed, so they changed them only after I pointed it out. On the last day, I showed the reception staff photos of the unmade bed. But they didn’t seem very surprised. I don’t think anything will change. Don’t waste your money staying at this hotel.

The standard rate for all room rates is 2 people (Triple is 3 people), and for rooms with a maximum number of people(Superior
Family Twin, Junior Suite Family up to 3 people, Centric Premium Suite up to 4 people), an additional fee of 10,000 won per
additional person will be added.
(However, additional bedding, extra beds, and baby beds are not provided.)
