Good Times in Quebec!
9.0Absolutely loved the location! We also enjoyed the character of the building and the furnishings. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had fun watching FIFA in the common area with others. I would absolutely recommend this place to others.
− A shelf above the bathroom sink and hooks would be helpful in the bathroom.
Great location, but older building, almost non existent staff. Good luck if you need any assistance during your stay.
5.0Location. Literally behind Frontenac hotel.
− Older building, no elevators and steep stairs. No attendance at the reception desk between 7pm and 8ish am. Not sure what the procedure is if you need any help/assistance.
Disappointing. Misrepresented by pictures. Not worth the cost.
5.0The location is undeniably excellent. Directly behind the Chateau Frontenac and easy walking distance to everywhere in old Quebec City.
− Extremely run down and uncared for. Floors in the room were damaged from damp and the furniture was a mismatch of old flea market finds - not quaint, just dated. My husband had to fix the shower door that had come off its track and even then it’s so small you had to turn off the water to wash and then turn it on again to rinse. The shower nozzle didn’t move and only pointed above and past your head. The rear window of the room looked out into a fire escape that was full of junk and run down. The chair on the balcony was broken, and the floors pealing. Even the flags (Canadian and Fleurdelisé) hanging above were ripped and tattered.
