Refurbishment is required
6.0The room is old and rundown. Need maintenance and refurbishment. The pool is not clean and full of sands on the floor tiles. Everything need to be change!

4.0Premise was run down. Both Lift wasn't working so had to climb 6 floors to the appt. Bedsheets and towels were with yellow stains. One of the toilet heater not working. Party ongoing somewhere in premise into the wee hours. Luckily was only for a night.
