Servicegericht en vriendelijk personeel. Een mooi schoon en goed onderhouden appartement en terrein. Fijn zwembad om even af te koelen en goed restaurant. De massage in de salon en Happy hour bij de bar maakten het geluksgevoel af.

− Er loopt een drukke weg langs de appartementen, dus oordopjes voor een lichte slaper zijn geen overbodige luxe.

Beautiful ocean views, a private swimming pool, and very clean accommodation. The staff took great care to keep everything spotless and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The massage service on site was excellent and offered great value for money.

− The water pressure was quite low in one of the two bathrooms. Other than that, we had no complaints.

The place was pet friendly, and the kitchen, restaurant staff were very nice and friendly. Added feedback from friend who stayed with us; "Restaurant staff were nice and breakfast was pretty good."

− Room was dirty and dusty. Showers did not work well. Initially only had scalding hot water. You could literally see steam coming out of the shower head. We only realised this at night after a long day and security could not figure out what was wrong. He himself could not bare to touch the water coming from the showers and suggested we have a shower in the pool, twice. When we informed the restaurant staff of what security had said, they were apologetic, helpful and managed to help us find a sweet spot with the shower that still gave the occasional burst of scalding water. We managed to have our showers but we'd have to jump out of the shower every so often to prevent getting burnt. Management said they'd check the pipes has the cold water pipe might be clogged. This was however not resolved during our stay. Added feedback from friends who stayed with us; "They fogged the area without warning. That’s a horrible health hazard. What if we had our balcony doors open? What would happen to us and our pets? The water temperature situation was ridiculous, and they didn’t resolve it. Their solution to shower in the swimming pool is ridiculous. Staff walked in to our unit with shoes on. So rude. Floor was very dirty. We had to wear room slippers. Can feel the grit beneath our feet. Mosquitoes feasted on me all night of day 2. So what’s the point of fogging? They didn’t feast on me on day 1. I’m not coming back, and cannot in good conscience recommend it. Their management needs work."

Habitación e instalaciones muy grandes. Restaurante con poquitas opciones pero muy rico todo con alguna opción sin gluten. Personal muy amable y servicial. Ambiente tranquilo y relajado. Jardines muy bonitos

− Lo único que fue que salía poca cantidad de agua de la ducha pero no lo comentamos ya que sólo fueron dos noches

The room was spacious and very comfortable for our family. There was lots of spaces to sit and relax with plenty of green space too.

− The shower in the main bedroom did not hold a consistent temperature and rapidly became scalding hot. That said, there were 2 other showers in our residence.

Totally relaxing and in a beautiful location.

Exceptionally clean and beautiful pool areas and villa. Friendly staff and good breakfast.
