6.0El jardín es muy bonito y lo cuidan mucho.
− Las almohadas no eran cómodas y en nuestra habitación había mucho ruido de aves de las Ceibas del hotel, por lo que no dormimos tan bien.

10.0Es la mejor opción sin duda de Cuautla, un gran hotel, cómodo y seguro. Alberca e instalaciones muy buenas. Personal muy amable y la comida muy sabrosa. El único problema es que no puedes pagar en la página de hoteles, tienes que pagar directamente en la recepción del hotel

4.0Las cortinas que tienen son pésimas y entraba todo el sol antes de las 7 am, imposible poder volver a dormir. La cama muy dura, la coladera de la regadera estaba tapada y al hacer el check out querían hacerme un cargo del restaurante del día sábado. La realidad es que yo estaba en un evento en ese horario y la persona encargada fue grosera.
