− This was my fourth stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was by far the worst. After this experience, I can confidently say that I will never stay here again. The way guests are treated is unacceptable, and the hotel’s policies are simply ridiculous for a hotel that claims to provide quality hospitality. One staff member in particular, Kamuran, was extremely arrogant and displayed a level of attitude that is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Guests should be treated with respect, not made to feel as though they are asking for favors. The hotel’s service is equally disappointing. Complimentary bottled water is not provided daily unless guests specifically request it. Even when requested, the staff respond rudely and dismissively, making excuses instead of doing their jobs properly. Even basic amenities such as slippers are not provided, despite being requested. This is an embarrassing standard of service for a hotel of this category. What makes the situation even worse is the hotel’s complete disregard for guest requests. I specifically requested through Booking.com a room away from the elevator to avoid noise, yet this request was ignored entirely. Perhaps the most unacceptable issue was the strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the corridors, which even seeped into the rooms. This is particularly outrageous for a hotel that claims to be non-smoking. After four visits, I expected a reasonable standard of service, not such a shocking decline in hospitality. The rude staff, absurd policies, ignored requests, and failure to provide basic amenities demonstrate a serious lack of respect for guests. I strongly regret choosing this hotel again. I would not recommend it to anyone who values respectful treatment, cleanliness, and basic hospitality standards. Four visits were more than enough. This was my last.

Had a lovely stay at The Parma Hotel! The location is great, just an 8-minute walk from Istiklal Street, making it very convenient to explore the area. A special mention to Ahmet from the hotel staff, who was extremely helpful, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Really appreciated his hospitality

− The breakfast was quite disappointing, with very limited options. Even basic items like jam and cream cheese were unavailable, which is surprising considering the price of the hotel. The morning staff in the buffet area, particularly one female staff member, were quite rude and unaccommodating. For the price being charged, the hotel offers a fairly basic experience, and the breakfast service definitely needs improvement.
