4.0Cheque por medio de la plataforma la reserva anunciada la cual es una mentira lo que ofertad no es lo que ofrecen una ves que el cliente llega reserve habitaciones con cama Qeenn por prblemas en columna para estar comodos con mi esposa a lo cual una ves llegando al hotel me informan que no existen camas asi solo matrimoniales que la platafoma son mentirosos y que engañan al cliente por que ellos ya les han notificado esto y es responsabilidad de la plataforma y no de ellos

2.0The Worst experience ever. Towels very dirty looking like a floor mop. The bed was Very cheap and hard, not able to fall sleep. Bathroom it was a nightmare. No hand soap. Very narrow space. I only stay one night. Then I did move to Hotel Borda. It was much Better. And the staff… the worst in the industry
