Situation très pratique par rapport à la gare. Le confort pourrait être amélioré.

− Process de réservation à multi étapes. Aeration de l'appartement (odeurs d'humidité, chaleur résiduelle de la canicule sur la partie haute) Manque de prises électrique coté lit. Assises et matelas un peu fatigués

Unfortunately, poor air quality made the stay uncomfortable and impacted my health
2.0− I had high hopes for this stay, but unfortunately the air quality in the room was very poor. There seemed to be no proper ventilation (no air circulation system or AC), and simply opening the window wasn’t enough. After a few days, I developed a persistent cough, which I believe was an asthmatic reaction triggered by the stagnant air. I’ve only experienced this in places with bad air circulation before. There was a fan next to the bed, which I tried to use to improve airflow, but it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time - it blew visible dust into the room, especially near the bed area, which only made things worse. Another challenge was that all the information provided - both in the welcome email and the leaflet in the room - was only in French. Since this seems to be a destination visited by many international travelers, offering the key information in English as well would make the experience more welcoming and much easier for non-French-speaking guests. I would recommend a thorough cleaning of the fan, improved room ventilation, and multilingual guest information to better accommodate international visitors.
