5.0We booked the room with two separate beds in advance. Also we informed the hotel that we’d come late at night. The hotel rejected to give us room with two beds due to maintenance problems with the room. They didn’t inform us before. We was too tired to book the other hotel and decided to stay with Shagri-La. Especially for such a price. But I won’t reckoned it next time.
