10.0Every last second, were made to feel special from the moment we set foot in the lobby until the second we walked out, the room which was kindly upgraded was exceptional, breath taking views, luxury dripping from the ceilings, the facilities were awesome, the sky pool and sauna on the 52nd floor was a special moment, breakfast was second to none, staff from top to bottom were faultless, I honestly don't have a single gripe about the whole visit

− I was miss charged by £800.00p mich i was informed i couldnt get back untill i checked out but i was relying on that money to pay for our weekend away which meant i couldnt do what i wanted. very dissapointing!!
