10.0The Main building and the building we stayed in had charm. The landscaping was nice .

6.0The TV did not work properly, very difficult to log in to watch apps. It keeps saying unable to load over and over. Just wanted to watch local news.

6.0Place is nice and check in could not be easier: keys were waiting on the counter. Very small room, clean but a lot of spiders and spiderwebs. One of the beds was very uncomfortable, the other was fine. Car noise from the road was a little annoying but not terrible.
