Avoid
2.0Avoid - Terrible accommodation especially for women. When booking we read that the bar and the swimming pool were unavailable that was the only information that was disclosed to us. We arrived for an event, so we were very limited to where to stay. The event was actually being held in one of their banquet halls, so for convenience we booked this hotel. On check in we were not advised anything, or informed anything. While walking around the hotel, the hotel housekeeping was disgusting food wrappers rubbish left in hallways, walkways. After the event that’s when we really started to notice what was going on, we went to the car to collect some of our belonging and were heckled by some men making comments. The security officer by the door just looked at us and put his head down. We hurried to our room and didn’t feel safe to come back out again until the morning. During the night you can hear people talking in hallways, walking about was a very restless stay. In the morning we spoke with reception who informed us we should’ve called them so they could “address” the situation. There was one security officer who saw and heard but did not intervene, so not sure what receptionist could’ve done differently. The hotel reception manager was not very keen to meet us at first telling the reception staff she was in a meeting, we decided to wait for her. She was unable to address our complaint and even suggested we should’ve checked out and gone somewhere else when we felt unsafe. Totally disgusting way to be treated, and blame game response to our complaint, was a total waste of time. Will never ever stay here again. This used to be a lovely hotel - absolutely avoid !
Spacious hotel.
8.0Lovely hotel. Unfortunately the spa was unavailable. Great welcoming staff. Although it was very intimidating when we rode into the car park as there were lots of people standing around, lying on the grass, standing by their deliveroo bikes. Room was upgraded and extended check out was offered and no extra cost. Spacious room, clean and beds were very comfortable.
A dirty hovel in Heston
2.0Dirtiest place we’ve stayed in years. No care. Place is no longer a proper hotel but what I can assume is temporary accommodation for immigration or asylum seekers. Shocking how bad it has become.
Immigrant hotel. Shower didn't work. Rude staff.
2.0Immigrant hotel. Only 5 rooms for us regular people. Immigrant touching my car with no respect. Staff would not help with luggage, had to get my own trolley. Rude reception staff. shower did not work on last morning so left dirty. Table was broken with numerous huge chunks taken out of the table.

Groups of people hanging out in hallways/ outside making the place feel unsafe. No facilities open to public or paying customers. Rooms are very outdated and look extremely tired.
