6.0There's always a charm in historical hotels. The restaurant downstairs is real nice as well, and its proximity to session road is definitely a plus. Also the beds are really cozy.
− Water pressure fluctuates, the bathrooms although clean, they're not exactly very well polished. The walls are quite thin as well

− the hotel needs renovation. The blind in the bathroom was broken and dirty, the towels are so old and didn't feel clean. One of the rooms I stayed was carpeted and it was stained and old. The rooms need to be refurbished. It is so substandard. It is a shame since the location is convenient and the hotel has great history behind it.

8.0The hotel is nice and conveniently located, just a short walk to the mall, the theme park, and even the market where you can buy your pasalubongs. The room is basic but clean, with a well-lit interior and hot and cold shower. However, it's a bit pricey compared to some of the newer hotels in the area. It can get quite noisy due to passing cars, especially at night, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Still, if you appreciate heritage and convenience, it’s worth considering.
