7.0La habitación estaba recién renovada, muy limpio, excelente ubicación restaurantes cerca y cerca de donde te deja el bote del transporte.
− La persona en la recepción no hablaba casi nada de español ni inglés, a las 8 am nos despertó el ruido de los trabajadores que estaban arreglando algo, no fuimos notificados ni nos dieron ninguna información por parte del personal. No hay quien ayude a subir las maletas para las habitaciones que quedan en los pisos superiores.

9.0Zentral gelegen, nahe der Vaporettostation San Marco, viele Frühstücksmöglickeiten in der Nähe, man kann auch im Haupthaus frühstücken. Kleines funktionales Zimmer mit Minikühlschrank, schönes Bad. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir konnten unsere Koffer bis zur Abreise im Hotel lassen.
− Das Geländer an der Stiege in den zweiten Stock ist noch nicht montiert, im Bad fehlen Handtuchhaken und ein Toilettenpapierhalter.
