− La atención de la recepción ya que no quieren hacer nada, pedi el apoyo de un taxi y dijeron que no porque siempre fallan así que mejor lo consiguiera yo, pedi servicio de despetador y que no podian porque aveces se quedaban dormidos, el papel sanitario de mala calidad así como los articulos de limpieza personal; la pantalla pequeña, la de recepción no te facilitan.

The location of the hotel is great. It was a Good basic room, very clean and attentive staff.
8.0Location was good, central to all the historic area of San Cristobal.. Very safe property, 24 hrs front desk service, very clean rooms. Attentive to our requests.
− For the room fee, They charged my card in usd$ when the booking was made in MXN currency. ON my reservation with Booking.com, it stated that the bill would be paid onsite at hotel in the local currency (mxn). This inflated the final price. It was a much lower exchange rate than my card would have charged.

− No AC or at least a fan would have been nice to have in the room to help circulate the air. The bathroom was not that clean . Sink was stopped up.

− solicité una habitación en planta baja ya que viajé con dos personas mayores, mi solicitud no fue atendida, la disposición de las ventanas del 3er piso hacen imposible descansar ya que dan hacia el parque central.

− No me gusto que quiten las mesas que eataban fuera por que es un lugar lindo para centarte en la tarde noche a tomar un café y a las 6 de la tarde recogen todo no hay donde sentarte deberían dejarlas por que es el atractivo ver hacia la plaza tomar café algún alimento escuchando la marimba que se presenta ,eso si fue una desilusión
