8.0Gute Lage. Zentral in S-Bahnnähe. Ruhige Lage. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Kombination Pool/Bar/Restaurant ist angenehm arrangiert.

6.0The hotel has a good location and the room was very clean and specious.
− There was no opportunity to open the windows to get some fresh air. The attitude of the staff. The last evening of my stay I went to the reception to ask for help because I forgot something very sentimental in a taxi and asked the receptionist if he may potentially help me and call the company to track the driver. He was obviously bothered and directly told me to go to the police and that nobody is working at this time (it was around midnight). I was leaving the country the next morning and of course there was no point to go to the police to file some reports, so I just let it be. But the lack of even basic care and proffesionalism was what really threw me off.
