9.0Прекрасная территория отеля,ухоженые газоны,цветы,деревья. Хорошие завтраки и обслуживание. Отличная уборка в номере.Сам номер( бунгало) уютный,комфортный. Прекрасные мастера-массажисты в салоне при отеле,очень доброжелательные и профессиональные
− В целом в отеле прекрасно отдыхается. Но ,есть небольшие недочеты ,поделюсь своим мнением об этом: 1)В номере( мы жили в бунгало 508) не продумана система для сушки вещей после купания,нет крючков для одежды в ванной комнате. 2)Нас приветствовали бутылочкой вина,но не было штопора в номере и бокалов. 3)Чайник нужно переносить на тумбочку,чтобы вскипятить воду. И еще,у меня 1 мая был День Рождения( юбилей,55 лет). И мы выезжали в этот день в 5 утра,сестра обратилась на рецепшн с вопросом:,, возможно ли поздравление от отеля,какой-то знак внимания имениннице?",но получили отрицательный ответ:" этим занимается наш ресторан и он уже закрыт,, . Немного было обидно(. Но,в целом отдыхом мы довольны. Погрустили по поводу пляжа. Мы были в вашем отеле 10 лет назад и он был прекрасен.Новшество в виде странных волнорезов очень испортило внешний вид берега,сделало невозможным прогулки по берегу. Но,видимо другого решения не было,волны отнимают территорию пляжа,мы читали об этом.

9.0Hotel położony przy samej "plaży". Teren hotelu zadbany. Personel sprzątający bardzo dokładny. Bar hotelowy oferuje specjalne oferty na piwo i koktajle. W pobliżu mnóstwo sklepów, restauracji i salonów masażu.
− Uwaga! Willa z prywatnym basenem to 1/2 willi z dostępem do wspólnego prywatnego basenu. "Plaża" bardzo wąska z powodu wysokich fal które zabrały nabrzeże. Położone są ogromne worki wypełnione piaskiem które służa jako falochrony. Personel w recepcji z bardzo podstawową znajomością Angielskiego co utrudniło proces wymeldowanie z powodu nieporozumienia odnośnie zapłaty za usług dodatkowych ale nie było to próba wyłudzenia lecz zwykła pomyłka w podliczeniu opłaty minibar.

Upon booking, the hotel will contact guests directly regarding an authorization letter or bank account details to secure the booking. Guests are kindly requested to complete the document within 7 days.
The credit card used to make booking and payment must be presented upon check-in with a valid photo identification of the same name. Lest, a new full payment must be made upon check-in on an alternative card or by cash. Prepayment made with original credit card prior to arrival will be refunded to that card.
Birth certificates for children must be presented at check-in. In the absence of birth certificates, child ages will be determined based on their height. Further details are to communicate with the property directly.
All adult guests must be fully vaccinated and have received the 2nd dose more than 2 weeks prior to the arrival at Swiss Village Resort or the guests must have recovered from Covid within the previous 6 months. The guests must show Greenpass or Vaccination Certificate upon arrival. And the guests must have present a negative Covid rapid test issued within 72h.
The guests are currently not allowed to visit other establishments or activities in Binh Thuan outside of the resort so you would be required to stay in the resort at all times and no outside services can be delivered to you at the resort (no delivery food etc., you cannot go to shops or tourist attractions )
