− Tub/shower was difficult for an older person to get into.

− The old amenities, some broken staff in the room, air conditioner just blowing into your face while on the bed. If switching off, it's extremely hot. The bedclothes looked old and not very clean with some spots. But maybe it was our room on the last floor. Very small and tough.

9.0Hotel histórico em frente à praça do famoso Terrasse Dufferrin. Localização perfeita, super central e em local tranquilo. Quarto e banheiro amplos. Máquina de café e frigobar no quarto.
− Por ser histórico, não tem elevador o que prejudica a acessibilidade de quem precisa. No box do chuveiro, não há um suporte para shampoo e sabonete.

4.0The location is really good, thank good because you don't want to stay in the room.
− The room tiny for two people. Most of the photos in booking don't show the tiny rooms that in winter time will be unbearable. Cheap with small things that the quantity of coffee to prepare per day.
