체크인 시간에 맞혀서 숙소에 도착했지만, 숙소주인은 방을 줄수 없다는 말도 안되는 이야기를 했다. 이에 호텔스 닷컴에 항의를 했지만 호텔스닷컴 역시 적극적으로 도와주지 않고 시간이 질질 끌었습니다. 우리 가족은 아기 3명을 포함해서 총 7명이 었는데 숙소앞에서 3시간 가까이 시간을 낭비해야했습니다. 결국 호텔스닷컴에서도 해결해 주지 못해 개인적으로 1시간 떨어진 숙소를 예약해서 이동을 하고 연락을했지만 말도 안되는 이유로 숙박을 거절했다고 합니다. 체크인 시간에 늦어서 그랬다는 늦지도 않고 문제는 호텔스닷컴에 올린 금액과 자기들이 받는 금액 차이가 나고 방도 이미 만실이었습니다. 어설프게 방관리하는 호텔측도 문제지만 이 문제에 대해 빠른 처리를 못하는 호텔스 닷컴도 좀 어이가 없네요.

So so hotel good location, trere is not recepcionist you need to call and they asked that you have to send your credict card and id by txt messange ( it is not secure) I have to do it because was very night and I am very tired to go to other hotel

It had a bad smell, hairs in the bathroom. Roaches in the rooms and kitchen.

We had a late check-in which went fine. I had to call to see where to go and here was someone up to help me. The place was spacious enough for the 6 of us. It was very rundown though, had one TV which didn't work, the floors were all so uneven. The kitchen had been retiled and whenever I went in I'd trip forgetting there was a 1" difference. The kitchen didn't have a toaster which did affect us cause I brought Toaster Strudel for breakfast. The dishes were all so dirty I had to do the dishes before I coujd even start to cook. I could tell the sponge was not new so I had to put in microwave for 3 minutes to kill the germs. The bathrooms need remodeling, they are very rundown and old with pieces of floor missing and various holes everywhere. The toilet had not been cleaned well. I needed to use my hand sanitizer on seat before using it. The beds and linens were clean. Luckily we didn't spend much time in this place. It served a purpose for eating and sleeping but definitely not anything else. The price was right for having many beds and two bathrooms. Plenty of privacy, although the master bathroom door didn't lock.
