9.0La réception fait tout pour nous aider et rendre notre séjour agréable. Emplacement très central mais non bruyant, palace de charme, petit déjeuner sur la terrasse.
Fantastiskt fint palats med superpersonal!
9.0Väldigt fint boende i ett gamalt palats. Otroligt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Vi fick mycket bra tips på restauranger och en bok om konstnären som skapat konsten på hotellet. Toppenfrukost i deras fina egna trädgård. Rena och välstädade rum. Välfungerande AC vilket var behövligt då Palermo hade värmebölja.
− Läget är bra och nära till alla sevärdheter. Det som drar ner betyget något var att det var väldigt mörkt när vi gick hem på kvällen. Om det berodde på de strömavbrott som Palermo drabbades av till och från de dagar vi var där, vet jag inte.
