Frustração, pela situação limpeza e presença do Pet ( pequeno porte ).

− Surpresa pela cobrança taxa Pet, muito caro, 150,00 por dia. Limpeza na última estadia não ocorreu nos quartos, motivo da recepção: era domingo, muitos clientes e funcionários insuficiente. Não houve nenhuma compensação pelo transtorno. No chick in fomos informados que o Pet poderia descer junto para tomar café com a família. Durante o café do último dia, educadamente funcionário nos chamou atenção que o Pet não poderia estar no local de café com a família. Recepção orienta de uma forma além de cobrar taxa fora da curva e o funcionário local café diz que o Pet não poderia estar lá, falta de comunicação recepção e refeitório, lamentável.

9.0Equipe super gentil e atenciosa, atendendo inclusive aos nossos pedidos especiais. A janela antiruídos é muito boa e necessária. O chuveiro funcionava muito bem, esquentando a agua perfeitamente. O café da manhã diverso e bem servido.
− O estacionamento poderia ser gratuito, considerando o preço da diária, mas é cobrado R$35,00 por dia.
