1.0− All of the faucets in our room were broken. The fan in the bathroom also didn’t work and the shower was covered in someone else’s hair. The dishwasher was left full of dirty dishes upon arrival. Our bedding and towels smelled like dirt and rust and the front desk would not give us new bedding. At 9:00 in the morning someone from housekeeping (we think) took it upon herself to enter our room without knocking. We were changing when she entered the room. Check out is at 12:00 so I have no idea why someone was coming to clean our room.

− My reservation wasn’t exist there. I had to cancel and rebook. They don’t work well with booking. They said they had few problems with it. I never had such problem with reservation anywhere else

− Key cards go bad in your pocket near a phone. But staff was great at replacing them for us at anytime.
