1.0There really wasn't anything to specifically like. . It was clean for the most part, but that's it !
− Well, first off no elevator. We're slightly handicapped so stairs are difficult. We were working a festival near by and booked this online unfortunately. No rooms available on first floor. My card was charged the deposit and a first night pre-authorization at 6am on the day of check in. Had to wait half an hour to check in that evening because no one was at the front desk. Washcloths were stained already when we got there, but they charged us 40 dollars for stained wash cloths and floor mat. (I'm waiting to see pictures) I'm astonished they have the nerve to charge for something that wasn't cleaned right in the first place. The shower stall was broken. The shower curtain had a rip in it. We had to ask for clean towels for the second night. No toilet paper holder. No room service was given. Was treated poorly by young lady working at front desk who clearly only is there for a paycheck and has no understanding of reality. The walls had chipped paint. The phone was unassembled and didn't work until I put it back together. The room keys had to reprogrammed the second day. The room had obviously been painted but was very unprofessional as it was very sloppy. The television was mounted on the wall crooked. Obviously the owners only care about money and not maintaining the property The neighborhood is less than desirable as well. I will never stay there again and wouldn't recommend anyone else stay there either!
