10.0My ratings for this property are based on my expectations. This is a 2 star hotel so be aware that you are paying for the location which is literally on the beach. Do not expect 4/5 star quality for a 2 star price. I have been all over Thailand for many years and this met my expectations. It wasn’t perfect but that was easily made up for and/or surpassed by the location and the wonderful staff. Staff were absolutely fantastic and I can’t praise them highly enough. Very kind and attentive. They even agreed that I could do a bank transfer to them and they would give my the cash after I lost my wallet with all my cash and cards. I’m so grateful to them. Rooms were cleaned daily and bottles of water supplied. I would definitely return again and would recommend to anyone on a lower budget who doesn’t need absolute perfection.

8.0Loved being right on the beach and such a quiet area. Convenient to walk to all desired. Staff is EXTRAORDINARY. A blessing. My room was ok but located too close to service areas. Yes, I would prob go again but diff.room

4.0Hotel needs renovations.. I had a room with really bad sewage issue and smell was awful. Water pressure was really low and water quality wasn’t good ( yellow water).
