9.0Well equipped, clean, comfortable. We stayed with 2 children and it was great to have a little kitchen. Easy to get around town and see the sights. Nice neighbourhood with lots of cafes.

10.0子供連れで宿泊。ロケーションとても良かったです。カタルーニャ広場から歩いて20分くらい、カサ・バトリョやカサ・ミラからも15分くらいでアクセスよいです。観光中心に近すぎないので静かですし、治安も問題ないと思います。目の前にバス停もあり、バスでの移動計画も立てやすいです。エアロバスの降車地点も徒歩10分くらいと何かと便利な立地です。 徒歩3分くらいにNinot市場と併設のスーパーもあり買い出しにも便利です。同じブロックに日曜日もやっているカフェとタパスレストランがあります。 毎日タオル交換や部屋清掃をしてくれるのも貴重です。部屋滞在の日にはタオルだけ交換など融通してくれました。 泊まった部屋はベッドプラスリビングでしたが、広さは十分で子どもが寝てからも大人は活動できました。 同じ階には区画の内側向きの部屋と道路側の部屋しか無かったので他の部屋の音も気になりませんでした。 洗濯機、食洗機は新しいもので冷蔵庫も申し分ない広さでした。トイレ、シャワーも清潔で湯量も問題なし。
− ホームページ掲載の部屋の写真が多くなかったので、自分が予約したものがどれに該当するのか分かりづらかった。入室時に部屋の設備でやや問題が生じたが直ぐに対応してもらえました。
Apartamento céntrico excelente. Totalmente recomendable!
10.0Lo que más me gustó fue el apartamento en sí. Una estancia muy cómoda, en medio de todos los puntos importantes de la ciudad y con servicios alrededor para que no falte de nada. Zona tranquila, aunque céntrica y muy fácil para acceder a ella. A escasos metros un parking donde no tuvimos problema de dejar el coche todo el fin de semana.
− Es verdad que te tienes que acordar tanto del pin de entrada de la calle como del pin de la puerta del apartamento. Estuve pendiente durante bastante tiempo de no quedarme sin batería para acordarme de los números. No ha sido tan mal, pero si que podría destacar que fue una de las cosas que menos me gustó.

10.0Atendimento da recepção ótimo. Quarto (melhor cama e lençol que já fiquei), cozinha equipada, ar condicionado funciona bem, se quiser limpeza só colocar aviso na porta, banheiro muito bom. 10.
