8.0Great walk to the Westfield in Belconnen and otherwise an easy access to scooters to get where you want to go, good ol' uni students in a share dorm so if you're an old codger that likes quiet then you won't want to be here, because uni students lol Was a bit annoyed with the boom gates to get in/out of the parking lot as it never worked and needed to ring the office to be let in/out, but otherwise not shabby, Hella comfy bed

6.0The showers need a really good clean. Obvious maintenance problems not looked at. In general cheap nice just needs some up keep.

8.0Everything good except strong stench smell as we entered the apartment with all windows closed. We found the smell came from the drain in the shower. Probably the property was vacant for a while.
