10.0The Swiss hotel is great option in Freetown. Staff is amazingly helpful and courteous. Rooms are very spacious, modern and clean. There is also a restaurant at the hotel. Slightly pricey but food quality is excellent.

10.0The hotel is nicely decorated throughout with a lovely pool/bar area. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and I had a nice stay. For me, the mattress was not comfortable as I like a firm, supportive mattress, but for a few days, I survived. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of food that kept me full until dinner. Thank you all for your hospitality!

10.0I always stay at the Swiss Hotel when I stay in Freetown. I enjoy staying here and feel very happy with the service and facilities in general. However, on my last visit there seemed to be a shortage of toilet roll with my toilet roll only being replaced with one if the existing roll was nearly empty. I ran out a few times and had use the tissues and once ran out of everything and didn’t get a replacement until my third Tim of asking. I had bought some spare myself to ensure that I didn’t really run out. Such a small thing and it didn’t spoil my stay but it does seem an unnecessary issue. Otherwise, I’m still very happy with my stay and will be coming again.
