9.0Il posto è carinissimo con splendidi fiori ( in particolare le rose rosse). Gli spazi comuni sono accoglienti con sedie,tavolini e divanetti, dondoli in legno e tanti piccoli oggetti che arredano.
− Il bagno ha il vano doccia piccolo ma comunque funzionale. Le scale per salire sul soppalco dove c'è il letto sono molto caratteristiche ma scomode specie se di notte bisogna andare in bagno.

10.0La sig.ra Rosa è stata molto accogliente, discreta e presente. Possibilità di usare l"area barbecue. Rilassante giardino esterno. Ottima e abbondante colazione. Buonissimo punto di partenza per visitare i posti turistici dei dintorni

9.0La struttura è in una posizione strategica: a due passi dal centro del bellissimo borgo di S. Stefano di Sessanio e vicinissimo alla zona di Campo Imperatore. Ogni giorno si viene riforniti di tutto il necessario per la colazione: torte fatte in casa, uova, succhi, yogurt…e tante altre cose! La pulizia è da 10 (è veramente raro trovare una struttura così pulita). Ottimo anche per chi viaggi in moto come noi perché c’è una corte interna dove si può parcheggiare il proprio mezzo in tutta sicurezza.

9.0Ottima posizione appena fuori dal centro storico, ma raggiungibile a piedi, con posto auto privato. Tavoli e divanetti per consumare pasti all'aperto.
