10.0Hotel and the pool was great
− Food can be improved and refilling stations need more attention as waiting time was too much. Flavors and quality and overall buffet atmosphere can improve. New setup more clean and modern look.
Team in Crysands are brilliant. Specially Suranjith, Sithum, Lalantha, Madhu and Daham.

8.0The hotel is located in a beautiful spot and we loved the experience. The hotel staff was very friendly, especially Chamodi, Nadeesha and Hansi. The food was great too.
Good if your looking for the Pool and Beach experience
8.0The pool, access to the beach, room size and amenities
− The F&B staff didn't know what was available or was available during dinner and breakfast. Everyone kept asking someone for confirmation. When we wanted to place a coffee order during the night via room service it was informed that the coffee would be cold by the time it would be delivered to the room, which sounded ridiculous.
