− Very misleading pictures that make one think that property is beach front. Also, there was an additional resort charge for a place that had no amenities and was not part of original booking fees. No air conditioning or screens on the windows.

1.0Close to the beach and restaurants.
− It was stated that room has a kitchen with oven and kitchenware that’s the main reason we booked it in advance in March. It appeared to be without any kitchen equipment just fridge. The room was super old dirty and smells horrible. TV was not working. We booked it for 4 nights but had to leave earlier because it was that bad. The manager said that booking.com is the one who stated they have a kitchen but not them they don’t have kitchen equipment available any more.

It was awful!! Never come close to staying there again!!!
1.0Location to the shore. Central location
− It was filthy!! Layers of dirt everywhere. A foul odor was eminating from bathroom and the room itself was dirty, dusty and the bed I believe had bugs as I began itching and had a few welts/bites! I left a day early as I could not take it any longer!! Windows were filthy , layered in dirt including the rails. No screens on windows to air room out . Old toilet paper was left for be to use . I bought my own. The metal for shower curtains was covered in rust ! I can’t believe this facility passes health codes! I did not take pictures but I in room 214.

− Room was old and needed repairs. A bathtub wit spa bit not hooked up… looked like they just found a tub. Not fire alarm.. missing. Towel holder broken off. No plates, cups, ect for a studio
