10.0Amenajarea si dimensiunile apartamentului, amplasarea relativ aproape de centru si accesul facil la mijloacele de transport in comun. Apartamentrul este de dimensiuni regale (peste 120 mp), este foarte frumos si modern amenajat, este situat intr-o zona linistita si dispune de toatre dotarile si facilitatile necesare. Din punctul meu de vedere, este o destinatie pentru oameni civilizati si recomandabil cu copii peste 14 ani, pentru a evita deranjarea celorlalti locatari din curtea interioara.
