7.0− La personne a la reception un homme dans la vaigntaine est très très désagréable je suis une cliente habituel mon mari travaille actuellement à l’extérieur de la province donc à chaque fois qu’il vien nous venons à cet hôtel juste ces deux dernières semaine nous sommes venu 3/4 fois à chaque fois on a un problème avec lui pour des futilité nous charge un 20$ de frais juste pour 10 min de retard son service a la clientèle est extrêmement mauvais on perd pas des clients habituel pour un 10/20$ et à chaque fois que je demande de parler avec le superviseur il dit que celle ci ne se présente jamais et leur interdit de donner son numéro au clients donc impossible de porter plainte ou d’escalader ce qui se passe …
