It was ok.
5.0When I had an issue the employee was quick to rectify the problem.
− There was a distinct smell like a wet dog on the hallway outside our room. Our room was not cleaned and beds were not made. There were no sheets or pillowcases.
Motel 6 has really stepped it up a notch.
8.0I liked the value, the cleanliness, the big bathtub and the fluffy towels. The coffee was very good. I liked the lobby and the staff. I liked it that it felt more like a hotel than a motel.
− The room was freezing from the AC when we entered. We turned it off but the room stayed so cold, and there were no extra blankets. I would have liked a box of tissues and would have liked the coffee to stay out longer than 10:00. I would have liked not having to give a security deposit. That felt strange.

− The mold, no microwave or mini fridge. Ice machine gave little ice or didn't work. Pool not working. Moisture shooting out from air vent.
