− Hice una reserva y me presenté puntualmente en la recepción. Sin embargo, la persona que me atendió me informó que mi reserva no aparecía en el sistema. En lugar de solucionar el problema, me ofrecieron otra habitación a un precio diferente, el cual no acepté. A pesar de que estuve presente en el hotel, posteriormente realizaron un cargo a mi tarjeta de crédito alegando que no me había presentado (no-show). Lo más grave es que, hasta la fecha, no me han reembolsado el dinero ni han respondido a mis mensajes para resolver la situación. Mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante por la falta de organización, la atención al cliente y la ausencia de una solución oportuna.
