2.0Got to this hotel to be told it is being refurbished we were transferred to another hotel very sure that Expedia do not know of this nor were we notified extra expenses in getting to the other hotel not very good at all very nab & no notice of changes made

2.0Arrived at this hotel with no one to be seen. I was greeted by a security guard who advised me the hotel was permanently closed, however my reservation was never cancelled. Don’t book this hotel!!

2.0Notre vol arrivait à minuit j’avais appellé pour être certaine qu’on pourrait nous accueillir vers 1h. Mais le jour J portail fermé personne ne répond ni a l’interphone ni au téléphone. Nous avons dû dormir sur un parking d’autoroute avec nos deux filles de 3 et 6 ans. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement. Aucun professionnalisme et surtout injoignable j’avais déjà eu beaucoup de difficultés à les joindre.

6.0L'accueil n'était pas très chaleureux et la propreté moyenne surtout au niveau de la salle de bain. Peu de choix au petit dejeuner. Le prix est trop élevé par rapport à la qualité du service

10.0Tout s’est très bien passé accueil et chambre. Par contre le petit déjeuner c’était juste pas de couvert plus de tasse. Le rechargement ne se faisait pas donc il a fallu quémander et il était 9h20 loin des 10h de fin… donc c’est un point à améliorer. Pour le reste je recommande cet hôtel

8.0Aircon is not working. It’s warm in summer. Opening the window is not a solution as it is next to a highway. Staff is helpful and friendly.
