4.0The location was convenient to shops and eateries and the river precinct. Staff were kind and helpful.
− The apartment was very very dated and smelled bad. There was a noise from upstairs, a loud banging sound, that kept me awake all night. The price was too high for the standard of the accommodation.
Quick over night stay, close to everything we needed and comfrable beds.

− Had an issue with wifi on arrival and tv wasn't plugged in or hooked to wifi ( plug PowerPoint was in roof so couldn't be reached without step ladder

5.0The staff were amazing here, amazing greetings and farewell. Handled the incident that occurred very well.
− Was in a loud area. Need to keep in mind this is a three star property, but can sometimes be priced in a higher range due to demand. Felt a little unsafe due to an incident that occurred with other guests. It was handled to the best of the managers ability at the time and was of no reflection on the property.
