Very disappointed, unclean, terrible beds and cold

The location opposite and the beach and playground was great. Close to supermarket. Not that we could use the beach in the horrendous weather we had! But i can imagine it would be beautiful

− Unfortunately one of the worst accommodation we had experienced. Took our family of 5 there on holiday but we just couldnt wait to get out of there. Very pokey carpark which made it tight getting into spaces, hate to think how bad it would be when it's full. The lift was very clunky getting to basement - scarily clunky. The 2 bed apartment on first sight, looked great. Unfortunately on closer inspection it wasn't great - very dirty underbeds, extremely dusty blankets and pillows, hair in bathroom and a gross sewage smell, and dishes in kitchen were unclean. Some of the window latches were broken and didn't close so there was constant drafts - which was freezing at night. There was no chopping board in the kitchen, the dishwasher didn't have a top on it so had stuff exposed and then didn't work. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable and pillows were so high that 3 of us had terrible headaches after our poor sleep. There was only a light sheet and cover and blanket, we were all so freezing we had to keep heat pumps on high all night to stay warm. Got a trundler bed organised for our 3rd child but it was honestly like sleeping on concrete it was so hard had to ditch it the second night for the couch. No ventilation in bathrooms so they'd cut out a portion of glass on window and replaced with mesh which meant it was freezing when we were there over winter. Staff were lovely, but very disappointed about the accommodation

Great accommodation and location which met our expectations.

Great location in Broadbeach with short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. We received an upgrade to a larger apartment. Good communication from friendly staff when we advised that we were arriving after office hours. Clean serviced apartment with all facilities.

− Slightly dated facilities but all working fine.

The beach and location was fantastic, the pool was great just not warm enough for the winter, we used the jacuzzi and spa, but they are quite small.

− Address the mold, upgrade furniture. Provide better amenities, including shampoo, soar, body washer. Also advise on website that sauna is not working. There was mold in the bathroom, the furniture was very worn out, the kitchen island had major water damage, and the room that was supposed to have a garden view was facing the street and was not able to change rooms nor get late check out. The sauna was also not working, and didn't really seem like it would be fixed any time soon. Disappointing, but the location was amazing, very close to beach, restaurants and shopping.

− Got to the property it was unclean. They put us up in a property across the road which was nothing like we booked. To date we have received no monetary compensation back as promised

Location was perfect. Close to beachfront, surf club, supermarket, G-Link & Pacific Fair

− Heated pool cool, spa not working properly & sauna not working at all.
