10.0This hotel and location was absolutely exceptionally superb from start to finish, I can’t fault it in the slightest. The staff made it extra special with their willingness to help even in the situation of an absence suitcase- which we made sure didn’t spoil our holiday. The attention to detail was amazing, and nothing was too much for the staff to help with. The spa was a lovely experience and the ladies were very friendly and attentive. All in all we enjoyed the resort and would highly recommend it.
