A well-located, very clean hotel with great dining, good breakfast, and thoughtful Finnish details
8.0The hotel is very close to the city centre and only about a 12-minute walk from the port, making it easy to reach on foot. The restaurant was exceptional for dinner, and we especially loved the Moomin-themed bed linen and towels—they were a lovely touch. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was good with a nice selection. The child's bed was a proper bed rather than a sofa bed, which made it much more comfortable. Overall, I would stay here again. While there are a few areas for improvement, it still seems to be one of the best options in town.
− I think this hotel is quite expensive. Although it is clean and in a good location, I don't think it offers the best value for money. We had a room facing the inner courtyard. It was quiet and had its charm, but I felt the air quality wasn't very good, especially in the mornings. We stayed for three nights, and by the end of our stay, I felt we were missing fresh air. One small thing I didn't particularly like was the check-in policy. Although our room was already ready, we still had to wait until 3:00 pm to check in. I understand that this is the hotel's policy, but it felt a little unwelcoming, especially when the room was available. It was possible of course to leave the luggage or enjoy the beautiful lobby and bar.

8.0Siisti ja hyvä hotelli. Huone todella pieni. Kallis hotelli, eikä laatu mielestäni ihan niin korkea kuin mitä hinta antaa ymmärtää.
Miellyttävä perheloma viihtyisässä hotellissa.
9.0Hyvä sijainti, siisti neljän hengen perhehuone, kunnon pimennysverhot, hyvä vauvasänky, oikein hyvä aamupala. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta, lapset huomioitiin mukavasti. Oikein viihtyisä hotelli!
− Huone oli aika kuuma ja erityisen hiostava. Vaikka ulkona ei ollut mikään hellekeli, oli silti huoneessa todella kosteaa ja kuuma. Muiden huoneiden äänet kuuluivat aika hyvin. Minijääkaapin puuttuminen tuli yllätyksenä.
