Excelente café da manhã, fartura, e espaço físico bem agradável. Jantamos no hotel na terça a noite pedidos a La carte muito saborosos, e bem feitos valeu a pena demais jantar, atendimento muito bom tb.

− Não tive tempo de sinalizar pois foram somente 2 noites, mas as toalhas do quarto estavam gastas, isso não pode acontecer. não é um hotel barato, e recentemente ficamos numa pousada com toalhas melhores. Precisam rever isso com urgência.

Bom custo-benefício. A localização não fica exatamente no centro mais movimentado de Gramado, mas isso não foi um problema. Eu, minha esposa e minha filha de 3 anos fazíamos uma caminhada de cerca de 10 minutos até a região central. Há diversos restaurantes, cafeterias e mercados nas proximidades, o que torna a estadia bastante prática. O atendimento foi um dos pontos altos: todos os funcionários foram muito educados, atenciosos e prestativos durante toda a hospedagem.

− O café da manhã ficou um pouco abaixo das minhas expectativas. Alguns bolos e doces pareciam não estar tão frescos e macios. Além disso, a cama de solteiro era um sofá adaptado com uma coberta por cima, o que não proporcionou muito conforto. Outro ponto é que o estacionamento é cobrado à parte, o que acaba aumentando o custo da hospedagem.
