10.0Las instalaciones, las habitaciones y las áreas están limpias, la alberca y su temperatura es excelente. Felicitaciones por la limpieza. También la atención en recepción es buena.
− El servicio del restaurante es lento, el tiempo de atención en sentarme a la mesa y la entrega, cobró o la atención del mesero tardaba más de 20 minutos. Incluso para pagar tuve que ponerme de pie y acercarme a la caja porque ningún mesero apareció en 20 minutos. Podrían mejorar en esto. Agregar una malla sombra en la alberca también estaría bien.

10.0En general todo estubo excelente de acuerdo a las necesidades por las que estabamos efectuando el viaje. La comida muy buena, alberca en temperatura correcta
− Hace falta frigobar en las habitaciones, creo es necesario por cualquier bebida que uno quisiera enfriar
