10.0조식과 석식이 매우 맛있고 메뉴도 다양하며 식당 풍경이 정말 엄청납니다. 또한 자동으로 방이 업그레이드 되었으며, 실수로 키를 깜빡하고 방을 잠궜음에도 직원분께서 매우 친절하게 응대해주셨습니다. 1층부터 경주마 애호가를 놀라게 할 만한 굿즈들이 정말 많으며, 체크인 시 실제 경주마인 이클립스의 티켓을 주는 점까지 완벽했습니다.

8.0朝食の素晴らしさ、そしてスタッフの対応の良さです。とても満足しました。
− ホテルの施設に不十分な点が見られました。ドアや鉄扉の高さが180センチに満たないため、２回頭をぶつけてしまいました。ドアの鍵も古いタイプで、悪意のある人であればこじ開けることが可能ではないかと感じました。洗面室のバリア(段差)も、高齢者には危険ではないかと思います。シャワーの使い方も難しかったです。これらのうち、内装の改造で解決できるものは是非そうして欲しく存じます。
この度、初めて連泊しましたがゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。
8.0清掃スタッフの人の対応が良かった。 朝食のスタッフの皆さん、とても感じが良く朝から、気分良く食事が出来ました。
− バスを使って無くても、水の音が常にしていて気になっていました。 一度、バスの点検をされた方が良いのではと 思いました。
