8.0ホテル内にヤマトの発送窓口があり大変便利。 チェックイン前後の荷物の預かりシステムが良い。 多くはない従業員さんで上手く回されていると感じた。全てにおいてほぼ待たされることなくスムーズに案内してもらえた。 お土産ショップの内容が充実していた。 立地も良い。
− 大浴場が小さい。 洗い場が空くのを待つ人で列ができていた。 掃除はされているはずだが、脱衣所のにおいがどうしても気になった。

8.0内装が良かった。1970年代に東海興業の設計施工とありましたが、昔は力があったんだなぁと想像してます。モンドリアンのようなデザインコンセプトは浴場の壁タイルにも見られ徹底してるなと感じた次第です。私は1337号室だったのですが、普通13階と思うじゃないですか、あにはからんや3階でしたが、間違えやすいかなｧ～と思いました。
